Vigil   For   Jaliek  Rainwalker                                                 

The Find Jaliek Task Force has planned a candle light vigil in Mowry Park, Greenwich on Saturday, November 1 from 9:00 p.m. until midnight.  Please join us with your family and friends for a peaceful gathering.  Bring lawn chairs, posters, flashlights and candles.  We will come together in Mowry Park with love and hope to quietly sing and pray for Jaliek to be found.

As we approach the one year mark since Jaliek disappeared, we, his family and loved ones, would like again to thank all who support Jaliek in our efforts to find him.  We remain strong, resolute, focused and work hard to find Jaliek.  Law enforcement has worked tirelessly on Jaliek’s search and investigation and continues to follow up on every tip and lead.  We are grateful to Chief Bell, the Cambridge/Greenwich Police Department, New York State Police, Forest Rangers and all the many people who have worked diligently to find Jaliek.

We hope you will continue to pass on posters and information about Jaliek.  Together we will find our missing loved one, our son, grandson, friend, neighbor and missing child.

There will be a motorcade with a police escort that will drive from Latham Farms to Greenwich on the route Stephen says he took with Jaliek on November 1^st, 2007.  The motorcade will arrive at Mowry Park as close to 9:00 p.m. as possible.
